Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes.
I knew this would be a crowd-pleaser.

The recipe made LOTS of frosting. I didn't end up using all of the frosting it made - just because I wanted people to be able to get the cupcake in their mouth without too many problems. Everyone loved them, and they were something a little extra special for my extra special husband!
