Drab to Fab Link Up + Last Week's Favorites

I an having so much fun seeing all if the creativity here in Fridays! Making something fabulous by adding your own touch of creativity is what we are celebrating. Some of us do that with our outfits, some with our food, and some with awesome projects. Either way, we all get ideas and I feel like having this incredible base of great ideas for life helps me be a more creative thinker in general. It's a side of me that I really didn't explore until I started blogging, and now I can't seem to get enough!

Here are my favorites from last week:

The lovely Christie @ Rambling of an Opehlia transformed a mid century chair with SO much character into this modern version of the same great chair.  I just loved the fabrics she used.  It still suggested that era while updating it in a fresh way!

Cassidy from Fit, Crafty, Stylish, and Happy took those basic cheapo chargers you can get anywhere and made them look so chic.  They are now a great little statement and pop of warm dark chocolate color on her living room walls.  Great job, girl!

Christine from Grateful for a Coffee Break used a little research and a little creativity to create a COPYCAT recipe of Maggianos Taylor Street Baked Ziti.   Why not eat like you're at a great restaurant instead of the ho-hum version of basic spaghetti?  Great recipe for us all to try!

Jenn from Girl Defying Gravity goes from Drab to Fab in an effort to dress out of her comfort zone.  She ventured out into the BOOTS with dresses world.  I do think she works it, don't you?  Congratulations, Jenn, the final result is fabulous!

If I'm gonna make cinnamon rolls, I'm gonna make really awesome ones.  Sally @ Plum Crazy gave the recipe I need to make cinnamon rolls that taste just like Cinnabon.  It definitely beats the ones in the tube that are "ho-hum" to say the least!

Thanks, girls, for giving all of us such great ideas!

So, now it's time again to show us your great stuff.  What did you make fabulous?

Show us:

(1) a great D.I.Y. project in which you transformed something to make it fabulous

or

(2) an outfit you created that turned out fabulous

or

(3) a meal or dish you jazzed up and personalized

Whatever it is, link it up every Friday here at Sugar and Spice.  Let's celebrate how we can take what's drab and make it Fab!

Oh, and you can link as many as you like each week.  Old or new!

Rules:
1) Follow me so that you will not forget to come back for the next link party!
2)  Grab the button you like best and add it to the bottom of your link.
